Balkanisation of DRC

 Since the beginning of this year 2020, the national president of APARECO, Mr. Honoré Ngbanda, never tires of sounding the alarm bells to warn the Congolese from all sides that the process of the balkanization of the DRC by the hegemonist lobby Tutsi-Rwandans and their powerful accomplices around the world has reached its final phase. He was relayed in this campaign by certain prelates of the Catholic Church who have publicly confirmed his words:  "the map of the balkanized DRC already exists in the coffers of pharmacies in certain Western capitals!" , he repeated to the Congolese.  Bishop Dieudonné Uringi of Bunia confirmed this revelation by declaring that he himself saw this card during his last stay in Germany! 

And now, to complete, “officially”, the work of balkanization of our country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, this final battle is taking place in the heart of Kinshasa, at the very heart of iniquitous institutions. Yes, the last fight in the balkanization of the DRC is currently taking place within the puppet government of the FCC-CACH coalition in which the evil occupation forces are predominant. 

Indeed, a member of the Ilukamba government who requested anonymity, shaken by the gravity of the "scandal" experienced during the last Council of Ministers on Friday, August 28, 2020, contacted the editorial staff of L'oeil du Patriote to discharge his "troubled conscience," he says. He told us that the rag is burning between two prominent members of the government. They are Gilbert Nkankonde Nkashama Malamba, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior on the one hand, and Azarias Ruberwa, Minister of Decentralization on the other. The latter demands that it be entrusted with the operation of the census of the Congolese population, a field traditionally and constitutionally reserved for the Ministry of the Interior. And in addition to the census operation, Ruberwa would also demand to gain control of the CENI!

And in the face of pressure and barely veiled threats from Ruberwa supported by the powerful lobby of Tutsi hegemonists, Gilbert Nkakonde filed a complaint against his arrogant colleague who treats him with contempt! And the height of the story is that Félix Tshisekedi only learned during the Council of Ministers of this Friday August 28 that one of his ministers had filed a complaint against his colleague in court! If our occasional correspondent, a member of the government, contacted us, it was because he said he had lived there "the greatest scandal and the greatest humiliation of his political career" (sic). This is why he begged us to bring these facts to the attention of the Congolese people, so that they can mobilize to stop this dangerous attempt by Ruberwa and the Rwandans behind him. "Because", he said with a touch of anger and disappointment:  “our leader  (note: hear Félix Tshisekedi)  cannot settle this conflict because he is afraid of the Rwandans and only wants to calm the tension. This is why, ”  he continued,“ we organized the leak of this incident on social networks.  But if I am contacting you, it is because on instructions from the hierarchy, Gilbert Nkankonde was forced to deny this Sunday, August 30 through his communication unit to calm the anger of the Rwandans ”!

We have in fact observed that Gilbert Nkankonde's communication unit, which was content only to state that " there was no clash between the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Gilbert Nkankonde and the of decentralization Azarias Ruberwa during the Council of Ministers of this Friday August 28 ”, this communication unit we said, then contradicted itself by affirming facts which clearly prove that there is indeed a deep conflict between the two ministers above. Because, the communicator of Gilbert Nkankonde, after having recognized that the Council of Ministers rather looked at the exchanges between two ministers, however took care to specify that his boss " remains on his position". And he then noted that the areas of national identification and CENI will remain under its control!  If there had been no clash, why did Gilbert Nkankonde's communicator need to warn in his press release, we quote: " The Ministry of the Interior does not intend to give in one of its responsibilities ”, end of quote?
