The fake Mai-Mai answer the call of Félix Tshisekedi and Paul Kagamé!
On Wednesday, December 4, the Congolese press echoed the creation, since November 29, 2019, of a new platform of armed groups in the east of the Republic . This coalition was said to include six “powerful” armed groups from North and South Kivu, Maniema and Tshopo. The same press said that these groups had decided to join forces to give birth to a common front called "Network of Congolese Resistant Patriots" ( RPRC in acronym).
These are the following six groups:
1- Nduma Defense of Congo-Renovated : by Shimiray Mwisha Guido who operates in Walikale, Masisi, Rutshuru and Lubero in North Kivu, Lubutu in Maniema and Bafwasende in Tshopo),
2- May-May Kifuafua: by Delphin Mbaenda (North and South Kivu),
3- May-May Simba UPLD : by Luc Yabili (Tshopo),
4- May-May Mazembe UPDI : by Kitete Bushu (Lubero in North Kivu),
5- May-May MAC : by Mbura Matondi (Walikale) and
6- May-May Raïa Mutomboki : by Shebi Bazungu (Walikale and Maniema).
The leaders of these various groups mentioned above all claim to pursue a common objective, namely to fight the ADF and the FDLR. It was to achieve this goal, said Désiré Ngabo KISUBA, the spokesperson for Nduma Defense of Congo-Renové , that they met in Bukambirwa village in the IKOBO grouping in Walikale and they signed a okay, he said.
The circumstances of the creation of this "military platform" as well as the precipitation of its members to respond quickly to the call of Félix Tshisekedi to lay down their arms, these two facts aroused curiosity and caused distrust of the governing bodies of the Apareco who ordered an immediate investigation to find out what was behind this event. Because the creation of this platform gave convincing signs that it was dictated by secret issues, in this case negotiations in prospect in Kinshasa for the establishment of a new political transition.
The facts have indeed proved us right. Because, the first actions taken by this famous platform reinforced our presumptions. Indeed, the six armed groups declared, from the creation of their new platform, that they were laying down their arms to negotiate with the central government, "following the call of President Félix Tshisekedi" ! Did they need to create a platform to "lay down their arms"? Usually, we create a military coalition to strengthen the fight instead! A second fact which aroused our suspicion is the haste with which the six groups have drawn up specifications to be submitted to the Congolese government ; and among the points listed, their main claim is, hold on, the integration of their armed elements into the FARDC!
These two facts prompted the hierarchy of APARECO to deepen the investigation in the field to find out in more detail the identity of the main actors and leaders of the six coalition groups. The information and testimonies gathered from the various networks of true Congolese patriots who are fighting on the ground to stop the Rwandan invasion have been very edifying : the six armed groups united within the platform called "Network of Congolese Resistant Patriots" (RPRC ) are all, without exception, groups created, armed, equipped and manipulated jointly by "Joseph Kabila", from Kinshasa and Paul Kagamé, from Kigali!
We note some details below by way of illustration:
Mr. Shimiray Mwisha Guido, member of the general staff of the Nduma Defense of Congo-Renové group, is a licensed agent of "Joseph Kabila", and he operates at the same time under the orders of Kigali (Paul Kagamé).
The armed elements of this group, Nduma Defense of Congo-Renové are dressed in the clothes of the Republican Guard and the FARDC and in addition, they are heavily armed and regularly supplied by their mentors, Hyppolite Kanambe and Paul Kagamé, sometimes from Kinshsa , sometimes from Kigali . They receive a monthly balance of $ 100 .
This militia had been allied with the Bosco Ntaganda CNDP and it regularly confronts its dissident faction, the "renovated NDC".
Mr Ntabo Ntaberi Sheka , head of Nduma Defense of Congo-Renové , was an unsuccessful candidate for the 2011 legislative elections; he had supported the candidacy of "Joseph Kabila" for the presidential election .
The Raïa Mutomboki group : in Swahili "Angry people", is a militia formed in 2005 in Shabunda territory in South Kivu; its dissidents had benefited from the support of the M23 in the territory of Masisi in North Kivu.
All the testimonies collected confirmed that the six armed groups and local militias are made up of Rwandan soldiers! They do not intend to fight the occupation regime in the DRC which fully supports them.
As can therefore be seen, the strategy of Kagame, Ruberwa and "Kabila" consists in using the call launched by Félix Tshisekedi, on their "advice", to inject into the FARDC a new wave of Rwandan elements.
The last massacres in Beni which made more than 100 victims in less than a month would not have taken place if it had not not been for the Rwandan troops from the Ngumino militia of Ruberwa and Moïse Nyarugabo integrated into the FARDC and transferred to Béni. It is these Rwandans who, in the uniform of the FARDC surprise our populations and massacre them cheerfully! We are not inventing anything because when Moïse Nyarugabo recently mentioned this integration in his press briefing on the crisis in Minembwe, he did indeed mention the transfer of their militias to Beni. Unfortunately, the Congolese did not pay attention to it.
Let the Congolese therefore not fall into the trap. The staging of the creation of this new platform of 6 Rwandan armed groups who present themselves as "Congolese rebel groups" is only a well-known ploy by Paul Kagame. Indeed, in the perspective of yet another inter-Congolese dialogue that the Tutsi lobbies plan to organize soon in Kinshasa, Paul Kagamé is already preparing the ground to inject a new batch of Rwandan soldiers into the FARDC, particularly in the East . The Congolese army, as we know, has been a victim of this strategy for 20 years: Rwanda creates chaos in the DRC each time to then organize "dialogues" which always lead to the reinforcement of the Tutsi Rwandan invasion in our institutions and to within our national army!
Those Congolese who naively believed that the nomination of Félix Tshisekedi as head of the country by "Joseph Kabila" (with the discharge of Paul Kagame) would bring us the beginning of a solution, must realize that from now on, the Tutsi lobby has rather more latitude and room for maneuver to speed up and complete the occupation and balkanization process in the DRC. It is now, with the official agreement of a "Congolese president", that Kagame happily brings Rwandan troops into Congolese territory, under the false pretext of "military cooperation" between the DRC and Rwanda. It is now, with the agreement of Félix Tshisekedi, that the Rwandan elements will be officially, and therefore legally, poured into the FARDC under the pretext of "reconciliation" between the Congolese!
The Congolese people have only one solution: to stop the evil FCC-CACH coalition and not to accept any compromise from these politicians of the so-called opposition who will want to bring us back into the vicious circle of political negotiations which will allow the enemy to complete its plan to destroy Greater Congo
